Responsibilities:
Guide guests through the food and beverage menu, answering questions as needed;

Need to have knowledge of crafting cocktails, local products and prepare new and inventive cocktails;
Serving tables in the restaurant;
Responsible for cash handling and balancing drawer at the beginning and end of their shift.

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take accurate food and beverage orders from the members and guests and input into point of sale (POS) system without errors or collecting signatures on guest checks.
Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standard.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling member and guests needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Assisting with special events as needed.
Understands and can communicate products and services available at the Club.
Assist bussers with stocking and maintaining the Club's par stock levels and side station.
Ensures assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving members, prepare purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
Other duties may be assigned.

Position Summary
Responsible for overall performance of Bar/Beverage Operations in the Restaurant. The bar team is responsible for increasing sales and profits through service excellence in hospitality. Position Summary
