Sell wine and wine club memberships meeting individual and group sales goals.
Ensure bar and service area is organized, clean and neat at all times.
Replenish supplies in the tasting bar area, including wine, beer, glassware, napkins and other
related items.
Be prepared to describe products served and make recommendations as requested.
Recognize and notify management of any problems resulting from guest complaints,
intoxication or disruptive behavior.
Notify management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance of tables, chairs, carpet and/or
equipment and any accidents.
Follow all procedures when responding to any emergency or safety situation.
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
Qualifications:
Minimum six (6) months experience working in sales and customer service.
Has the ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment while practicing exceptional
organizational and time management skills.
Must be reliable, available weekends, holidays and special events which are peak volumes
times.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of types of wine, beer and other beverage related items.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and naturally friendly.

Have a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists.
