Legends/ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Bartender. The Bartender position stocks, prepares, and serves alcoholic drinks to patrons at bars, concession stands and/or beer trailers for catered and non-catered events where alcoholic drinks are served. Bartenders must have a cheerful outlook and knowledge of mixed drinks and proper service etiquette. This position is part-time, and hours are driven by the event schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES Report to work at your assigned time in proper uniform Read Banquet Event Order (BEO) and know how to complete bar set-up Set bar(s) in assigned area correctly and uniformly Keep station neat and clean while servicing guests per established policies and procedures Properly account for all bar stock on bar sheets, opening and closing inventory; to include recording waste/spoilage. Monitor, control and restock bar stock in liquor control rooms. Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the beverage service. Properly identify patrons' legal drinking age, in accordance with Ohio laws. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the prescribed measures.
