We are looking for Part-time AM & PM servers with at least 2 years of fine dining experience to work in our Fountain Grille Restaurant. Provide guests' in the cafe with the highest standards of food & beverage service. At all times the server must wear a spotless uniform, proper grooming and all long hair must be worn off the face. Every effort should be directed toward the guests' satisfaction and comfort. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive station assignments from on duty supervisor and inquire as to any special instructions. Servers must be fully dressed in appropriate uniform before shift begins. Must know and fully understand the menu. Before the start of each meal period become knowledgeable of any specials. This would include ingredients and how entree is prepared. Serve all food & beverage orders promptly. Examine your order before you leave the kitchen.
