Job Description Country Club Wilderness Ridge is the most unique golf course in the state of Nebraska. With its granite, boulder-lined ponds and streams, bent grass fairways, and more than 6,000 trees throughout the 18 hole championship course and 9 hole executive track, it's truly a resort-style golfing experience. Wilderness Ridge also offers a casual restaurant featuring steaks and seafood, as well as private banquet spaces for events of any occasion and size. A Day in the Life The Server greets and serves food and/or beverages to patrons. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, greet warmly and distribute menus. Take guest food and/or drink orders. Turn orders into kitchen; inform cooks about any special cooking instructions. Serve meal; place dishes by courses in front of each person; serve from left of the person. Check back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenish water and butter as necessary. Suggest and serve dessert, coffee, and after dinner drinks. Keep tables and dining room clean and tidy. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Performs side work, clean-up and closing duties as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school required. 1year server experience preferred. Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
