Responsibilities * Passionate about food and service, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and experience in a fast-paced restaurant. * Greet guests warmly, direct them to their tables, take and enter beverage orders promptly. * Memorize and recommend food and beverage items, provide superior service by refilling drinks and checking on guests. * Address and escalate guest concerns, follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures. * Maintain cleanliness, clear and set tables, complete side work, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications * Excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly. * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. * Preferred knowledge of food service regulations; capable of standing, bending, stooping, and using hands throughout the shift. * Physical ability to push and pull up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs) and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Must be at least 18 years old, pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
