Summary:

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing,
+ Six (6) of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions
+ Four (4) of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software
+ Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
Performing all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner at all times, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Maintaining a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow associates (both within the department and in other hotel departments), to help to achieve our common goals of maximizing guest satisfaction and profit margins.
Maintaining a positive attitude toward the hotel and the job being performed.
Reporting to work on time (as scheduled) and in proper uniform/attire.

Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years of age. No previous experience required.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
* Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
