Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Bring your 'A' Game each and every day Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits Clean and stock glassware and other items such as napkins, straws, etc. around the bar area Assist Bartenders with refilling bottles, prepping garnishes, etc. Clean spills and/or broken glasses and keep areas tidy, complying with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Take direction and be a team player Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side work, opening, and closing duties Required Skills and Experience: Must be 18+ years of age to apply. Prior experience in hospitality or related field General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and various spirits Excellent time management and organizational skills Must obtain any certifications required per local or state guidelines Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds.
