Guided by a lead Dietitian or Chef who oversees the distribution of food and drinks to patients throughout the shift. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian. 2. Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms. 3. Assist in setting up and clearing up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order Includes dish, tray, trash, leftover removals. 4. Working Conditions: Long periods of standing. Ability to lift 20 pounds (50 pounds with assistance). Low-level machine noise is encountered the majority of every day.
