Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, late-night environment. Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. Accept and respond to performance feedback professionally. Perform additional duties as assigned by Beverage leadership. Qualifications: Previous barback or bartending experience preferred-casino or high-volume environment a plus. Ability to work overnight (graveyard) shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet age requirements for working in a licensed alcohol-service environment. Ability to lift, push, and carry supplies up to required company standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in a fast-moving environment. Commitment to upholding all casino, state, and gaming regulatory policies. Qualifications Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must successfully complete the TIPS training class. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must present a well-groomed appearance. The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
