Anticipating guests' needs by refilling waters and pre-bussing tables throughout the venue. Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar area maintains a level of cleanliness and organization. Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor adjustments, and/or changing out kegs. Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishments, etc. Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere for bar staff. Coordinating with bar staff and managers to ensure efficient service to guests. Handling emergency situations, such as cleaning up and disposing of broken glass and clearing clogged drains. Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards. Having excellent organizational skills. Having great communication skills with a positive attitude.
