Must be able to bend, stoop and twist when serving drinks. Must be able to carry a tray of at least 10 drinks, with one hand while walking the casino floor, and deliver drinks while carrying the tray. A fully loaded tray weighs between 15-20 pounds. Must be able to obtain and maintain a standard Mixology certification. Must keep beverage cart clean and sanitary. Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include: nights, weekends, holidays and overtime if needed.
