Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations and equipment in accordance with property standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations, Silver Creek Event Center and pool bar areas. Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies. Removes empty bottles and trash. Prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes.
