Barback Department: Operations Reports to: Food Service Director FLSA Designation: Part Time, Non-Exempt The Bar Back supports the concession and bar areas before and during events. They work collaboratively with event personnel to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent customer service. Set up and stock the bars and Concessions areas before, during, and possibly after events. Be attentive to product stock levels to ensure we have appropriate inventory continuously. Complete POS transactions at terminals and assist with troubleshooting as needed. Make coffee/tea/hot chocolate prior to events.
