POSITION SUMMARY:

Bartenders are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
Follow established recipes, guidelines, and presentation standards
Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service to build a loyal customer base
Maintain knowledge of current drink menus and promotions
Operate cash registers and handle money transactions accurately
Stock and restock bar supplies as needed
Keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.

The Role:
To serve Guest in a prompt and responsible manner

* Be responsible for your bank, cash counting, reports and reporting your tips.

Qualifications:

The Bar Back supports the concession and bar areas before and during events. They work collaboratively with event personnel to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide excellent customer service.
Set up and stock the bars and Concessions areas before, during, and possibly after events.
Be attentive to product stock levels to ensure we have appropriate inventory continuously.
Complete POS transactions at terminals and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Make coffee/tea/hot chocolate prior to events.
