Serve customers, primarily Bishop Gadsden residents, staff, and guests during operating hours
Work with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, presentation, and quality
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room areas
Perform all duties assigned in an effective, timely, and professional manner
Potential handling of cash register, ensuring accurate charges to residents and staff
Requirements:
What We Need In A Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous line serving and minimal cooking experience preferred
Prior working experience and/or interacting with an elderly population preferred
At least eighteen (18) years of age
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, comprehend and communicate English
Professional appearance and attitude for daily interaction with residents, families, coworkers, and public.
Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple customers at the same time
Ability to stand, stoop, bend reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift (up to 50 pounds)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
