Qualifications:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Benchmark from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
What are we looking for?
Someone with 2-4 years of bartending experience, preferably Banquet service
Someone with experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue
Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Someone who is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Someone with excellent communication skills
Someone with current certification/license to be a bartender
