Transport all dirty tableware from outside dining tables to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed. Serve guests with beverages to begin their patio dining experience and replenish as necessary. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments. Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable). Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
