Restocks and organizes bar: maintaining inventory, monitoring breakage, and keeping track of sales, pricing, and stock requirements. Works with Hotel Manager to order bonded stores, as well as organize them and follow proper rotation practices. Provide a well-communicated handover to incoming bartenders.
