Job Duties: - Clean and set up the bar according to the standards by opening time (as it applies). Greet all guests with a smile and eye contact within one minute of sitting down. Suggest specific drinks, appetizers, specials, entrées, desserts, and after-dinner drinks to increase the average check value and ensure guest satisfaction. Place all orders correctly, as ordered. Enter food and beverage orders into the Point-of-Sale system accurately, before delivering to the guest. Prepare all beverages at the bar according to specifications in a prompt manner for both guests and servers.
