Support team members and collaborate with wait help, barbacks, and managers to deliver seamless guest experiences. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or banquet environment preferred. Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, with ability to follow and present recipes consistently. Excellent guest service and communication skills, with an approachable and engaging style. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment venue. Must be 21 years or older with current alcohol service certification (Hawaii's liquor card required). Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar) preferred.
