I was very dedicated to them for 3 years, now absolutely nothing
I had an incident where a laborer the company hired attacked me and punched me in the back of the head knocked me unconscious kicked my face while I was out and split my cheek halfway to my ear the company then, to avoid publicity, decided to side with the laborer and completely throw me under the bus and are now pushing me to quit by cutting my pay, and have also tried to have me sign multiple write ups for horseplay (referring to the attack) take in mind in the three years I've worked here I've made awards for the company and finished projects in record time, got a promotion early in my career with them by working hard and achieving goals. Now I'm a liability
