Barton G company history timeline
Inspired by the overwhelming consumer feedback from his events and catering businesses, Barton opened his first restaurant in 2002: Barton G. The Restaurant, in South Beach, Miami.
Since its 2009 inception, the Barton G. Weiss Kids Hear Now Foundation has placed an emphasis on the viability of cochlear implants and auditory verbal therapy as an option for deaf children to become part of the hearing world.
In 2009, he premiered Prelude by Barton G. located inside the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, in Miami—pioneering the first-of-its-kind seamless theatrical/dining experience.
The Barton G. Kids Hear Now Cochlear Implant Family Resource Center, which opened in 2010 and is housed at the UHealth Ear Institute, takes into account the social and emotional aspects deaf children and their families deal with on a daily basis.
He joined the Barton G. team in 2014 when he was tapped to open the brand’s first West Coast location in Los Angeles.
