Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire Junior Head Boys Baseball Team. Develop and train student-athletes to participate in play baseball. Develop and execute an effective training program. Monitor, motivate, supervise, and mentor student-athletes on and off the Field. Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guild student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills development. Schedule a full season of contests including State-Tournament Games.
