As a chemical operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment inthe Cincinnati, OH plant. This includes operation of chemical processing equipment; including reactors, refining,and filtration systems. Also involves the transfer of material to and from other departments as necessary andloading of tank trucks and rail cars for customer shipments.
**During your rotating shift as a Chemical Operator, you will**
+ Load and unload tanks and rail cars and receipt of truck deliveries, in addition to perform collection of samplesfrom tank cars and vessels.
+ Conduct visual inspection of operating equipment to determine current operating status whilst demonstrateeffective operations of the DCS in daily work environment.
+ Read, record, and interpret data of instruments (reactors, tanks, pumps, filtration systems, etc.) and makecorrective adjustments as required for efficient production runs.
+ Demonstrate proficiency at operating all production equipment, with minimal supervision, as well as use ofcomputer systems to complete work assignments.
+ Participate in all required safety training and wear proper personal protective equipment when working in theplant area.
+ Perform housekeeping to maintain production and operations in a neat and orderly condition.
+ Work and communicate effectively with Supply Chain Planners, Logistics Planner, Production Coordinator,Maintenance, Lab, team members, etc. to accomplish high quality standards that meet/exceed customerrequirements.

+ Perform control loop calibrations, field and bench calibration of process instruments, and routine preventive maintenance inspections.
+ Work in a heavy industrial chemical manufacturing plant with 24/7 operations, primarily outdoors, and handle tasks such as rigging, operating cranes, forklifts, and working at heights or in confined spaces.

The OEM Manager serves as the primary technical liaison between Lubrizol and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the technical expert on matters relating to air pollution control, water and waste infrastructure, associated regulatory compliance programs, and emissions.
+ Prepare permit applications including renewals and modifications.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record of completing audits on time.
Strong knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).

Experience with AuditBoard, SAP, and GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) system (Access & Process).
Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Audit) and CISA (Certified Information Sytems Auditor), or equivalent is highly preferred.

Maintenance and capital spending are key drivers of site success. As such, this role is critical to the site meeting business and financial obligations. Being a member of the site leadership team means this role works closely with operations and technical leaders and, with that team, is responsible for helping set the strategic direction of the site. The Maintenance & Engineering Manager has responsibility for maintenance, reliability, and capital engineering for the Greenville, Ohio site. This role ensures maintenance functions safely and efficiently to support 24/7 production assets. This manager also leads the capital work process, whether completed in-house or via outside engineering firms.
The department is comprised of about 15 employees, consisting of maintenance day-staff and crafts, as well as mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers. This role reports to the site director and is a member of the site leadership team.
**What you'll do:**
+ Lead site maintenance & engineering, including daily execution and longer-term strategies.
+ Proactively identify and execute improvement opportunities in maintenance workflow and execution to improve safety, cost, and efficiency.
+ Lead and implement the asset management and reliability strategy, including Mechanical Integrity, SIS inspections, PM/PdM (Preventive/Predictive Maintenance), Equipment Strategies, and addressing Bad Actors.
+ Optimize asset performance through data-based strategies and reliability processes.
+ Drive use of LEAN tools to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement.
+ Manage contractor safety, cost, and performance for site construction and maintenance.
+ Ensure capital projects to align with site objectives and workflow, oversee project execution, and facilitate smooth handoff to site operations
+ Develop and execute CAPEX plans, capital project scope, and status tracking of projects.
+ Develop department goals and objectives that are aligned with business objectives, monitor performance against those objectives and KPI's, hold your team accountable to the goals and KPI's, and coach/manage performance.
