What You'll Do
Be a Go-To Partner: Respond to leader and team member questions, providing clear guidance on policies, workplace concerns, and HR best practices.

Support Team Member Advocacy: Offer coaching and conflict resolution to help resolve workplace concerns and maintain team morale.

What You Bring Experience & Education
1-3+ years of HR or employee relations experience (multi-site or retail industry preferred).
Experience managing investigations related to harassment, discrimination, or conduct.
High school diploma required; some college coursework or HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Accountable for identifying gaps in pharmacy operations knowledge among team members and supporting those team members in their training, either through hands-on training or assignment of learning modules.
Assists Pharmacy Manager in monitoring that all pharmacy and team member licensures, registrations and certifications are active and in good standing/ compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements. Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
