Navy Submarine Sonar Technician, Ocean Systems Technician, Acoustic Intelligence Analyst, or related comparable experience.* Experience in the use of MS Office, EXCEL, Adobe Acrobat, and related software packages.* General knowledge of WINDOWS XP, 7 and MATLAB system environments.* Proven experience in writing concise, detail-oriented technical documents such as certification plans and certification trial reports a plus.* Experience in published technical document development and production.* Support at-sea data collection and analysis as required
