Pros of working at Bask Technology

I got paid, but working daily made me sick

Cons of working at Bask Technology

We are asked to constantly keep previous subscriptions alive by calling customers and keeping a record. If we reach a customer, we get them to talk about a technical problem and we offer a solution. The calls are recorded. Our CEO says that we are providing a Pro-Active support system, however this is just a fancy word for saying we bilk and scam our membership so they cant cancel a payment. We have records of them speaking of a technical nature and Us offering a solution. This company is unethical, but do it legally so you can't quit your subscription. When we call, Just say I WANT TO CANCEL, and nothing else.
