Description and Requirements
The Retail Coverage Merchandiser provides retail sales merchandising, completes special projects, and builds strong relationships with store managers to drive sales for Hostess and Voortman brands. This role is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, supporting retail initiatives, and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently while building strong business relationships with store personnel.
What will you do?
+ Cover a set territory of retail stores to perform merchandising and support client initiatives.
+ Assist store managers with retail programs, including new product launches, contests, and other promotions.
+ Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts, ensuring proper stock rotation, pricing, and planogram compliance.

Bay Area Legal Services (BALS) is seeking to fill a part-time Fellowship position on our New Port Richey Team. Fellow will facilitate or directly provide qualified legal services to low income clients to meet their civil legal needs. This position is temporary and is scheduled to end 12/31/2026.
Illustrative Duties:
Provide on-demand, legal research assignments primarily to assist attorneys with legal issues in the areas of elder law, consumer, housing, landlord-tenant, and family law.

Training & Advancement

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:

Part-Time Opportunities
When serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Nurse, your duties are carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Nurse Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Position Description:
As a Purchasing Assistant you will assist with purchasing requests for parts, supplies, services, and equipment, as well as maintain minimum stock levels, manage inventory, fulfill parts sales orders, and provide administrative support. A high attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, solid organizational skills and professionalism are crucial factors in daily administration of this position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Placing Purchasing Orders: Communicate with multiple departments to determine purchasing requirements and priorities. Accurately read and analyze sales history, inventory status, then turn that information into actionable purchase order. Generate and place these purchase orders ensuring maximum advantage by combining orders, leveraging freight options, and negotiated terms with suppliers.
Tracking Purchase Orders: Track the status of all purchase orders. Maintain a current list of expected arrival dates for all purchase orders which have been placed. Disseminate expected arrival information to the appropriate sales and operations personnel.
Purchase Orders Discrepancies: Work with Century's accounting and receiving staff, as well as our vendors, to resolve discrepancies that include invoicing errors, delivery issues, backorders, inconsistencies, freight claims, etc.
Fulfill Sales Orders: Promptly respond to quote request and fulfill sales order. Process credit card orders for immediate release.
Freight Management: Select freight methods for maximum efficiency and minimum cost. Ensure that all freight bills are appropriate, are linked to their proper Purchase Orders, and are properly recorded.
Inventory Control: Ensure that the inventory count and the inventory value in the accounting software match actual conditions. Implement periodic cycle counts and plan and implement the annual physical inventory count. Manage minimum stock levels per Auxo's guidelines. Ensuring proper inventory storage and tracking.
Product Sourcing and Development: Source components, equipment, services for manufacturing and service use. Source alternative suppliers maintaining quality while negotiating best possible price.
Supplier Management: Setup new suppliers in our database. This will include entering the supplier billing information, pricing, and assigning products to that supplier. Maintaining current supplier pricing and product descriptions is also a critical part of this role.
Administrative Support: Backup phone queues during high volume call periods or when the administrative assistant is out of the office. Perform backup of administrative duties performed by other inside administrative positions such as needed.
Other Ad Hoc assignments as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Interpersonal/Communications Skills: The Purchasing Associate must be a strong communicator who works effectively with a wide variety of people which include customers, other Auxo Medical staff, vendors and company management. The Purchasing Assistant represents the company to our vendors through phone interaction and written communication. As such, they must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in the face of potential issues and ongoing negotiations. The Purchasing Assistant must possess strong verbal and written skills in order to provide effective direction to our vendors and customers. In many cases, those vendors and customers are not in the United States and require unlike considerations in order to effectively communicate with those to whom English is a second language.
Computer Skills: The Purchasing Associate must have a strong aptitude for the use of computers in order to document and analyze all product-related activities in various databases. As an Officer in the Nurse Corps, you'll provide high-quality nursing care wherever there's a need, from Navy medical facilities and ships to humanitarian aid missions overseas. You'll work closely with other health providers to carry out job responsibilities such as:

Work Environment
Nurse Corps Officers may serve at any one of more than 250 Navy and medical facilities around the globe, from Hawaii to Japan, Germany to Guam, and Washington, D.C., to Washington state. As a Navy Nurse, you may work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD, Portsmouth, VA, or San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Training & Advancement
Upon commissioning, Nurses who are new to the Navy are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program designed to introduce you to Navy culture. Nurses commissioned through a school ROTC program may not need to attend ODS.
Officer training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Nurse before receiving your first posting. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
The Navy provides Nurse Corps Officers the opportunity to specialize based on manning needs. Specialization fields include:
Nurse Anesthetists - Administer general and regional anesthesia, monitor patients receiving anesthesia, and assist in instructing medical trainees and other Officers
Primary Care Nurse Practitioners - Provide comprehensive health care and health maintenance for service members and their families
Medical-Surgical Nurses - Assess, plan and implement direct nursing care of patients on an assigned unit, and assume charge nurse responsibilities
Perioperative Nurses - Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care of surgery patients
Critical Care Nurses - Provide highly skilled, specialized nursing care to critical patients, including en route care, and train personnel in critical care nursing procedures
Mental Health Nurses and Nurse Practitioners - Provide direct patient care in mental health services, and lead and train other military and civilian personnel
Military-specific Specializations - Education and training, manpower systems analysis, and nursing research

If you're a nursing student opting to serve full-time in the Navy, you may get up to $34,000 to help pay your way through nursing school through the Nurse Candidate Program (NCP).
For Graduate Students:
If you're a graduate student enrolled in a postgraduate nursing program in certain nursing specialties and opting to serve part-time in the Navy Reserve, you may qualify for up to $50,000 in nursing school loan repayment assistance.
For Practicing Nurses:

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:
U.S. Citizen between the ages of 18 and 41
Currently licensed and practicing nursing in the U.S. (new graduates must obtain a license within one year of beginning Active Duty service)
In good standing (as a student or graduate) with a CCNE-accredited U.S. education program granting a Bachelor of Science degree

In good physical condition and able to pass a full medical examination

Part-Time Opportunities
When serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Nurse, your duties are carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Nurse Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Nurses in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
For current or former Officers of military branches other than the Navy (OSVET), as well as for Officer candidates without prior military experience: Officer Candidates are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. This position involves the delivery of a full range of high-quality legal services through volunteers under the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Bay Area Legal Services. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for overseeing VLP clinics (including the Family Forms Clinics which operates several times a week), developing pro bono/outreach clinics, developing training materials, assisting with VLP intake, and overseeing cases placed with volunteer attorneys. The position will be supervised by the Team Leader/Pro Bono Director of the VLP.
The largest VLP clinic, the Family Law Forms Clinic, is staffed by volunteer attorneys, law students, and law graduates. During the clinic, volunteers assist pro-se litigants with filling out family law pleadings, explaining the family law forms packet instructions and answering questions regarding the forms. The Pro Bono Clinic Coordinator will be on site throughout the clinic to review the pleadings, provide back-up support, and manage the operation of the clinic. This is a unique position that helps to develop experience in project management, supervisory skills, networking, recruiting and outreach. It also provides an opportunity to provide hands on, meaningful assistance to pro se litigants. The Pro Bono Clinic Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and supervising additional clinics as community needs arise. Supervising clinics will make up 70% of the job responsibilities. The other 30% of the time will involve providing additional support to the VLP team, including participation in bi-monthly intake sessions and oversight of open cases assigned to volunteer attorneys for extended representation. Staff Attorneys will facilitate or directly provide qualified legal services to low income clients to meet their civil legal needs.

Volunteer Supervision: Responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the VLP clinics.
Volunteer Recruitment: Assist in recruiting volunteer attorneys, mentors, law students, and non-legal volunteers, and providing communication with volunteer panels to include newsletters, etc.
Volunteer Training and Scheduling: Train and schedule volunteer attorneys, law students and law graduates to staff weekly clinics.
Creating and Maintaining Best Practices: Create and maintain updated clinic manuals and guidelines.
Outreach: Assist with intakes and clinics, which can occur throughout our service area and occasionally in the evenings.
Manage the flow of pro se litigants at clinics.
