Job Description
Brightspeed is looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our team! As a Customer Service Technician, you will be performing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. You will also be maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas. In this important role you may be required to work varying shifts that include mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
As a Customer Service Technician your responsibilities will include:
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment
Performing maintenance and repair on outside plant facilities
Climbing poles, using a shovel and pick to dig up and bury cable, working in utility access holes or controlled environmental vaults (CEV), and locating buried telephone cables
Observing all safety rules and regulations
Assisting other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
Actively supporting sales and marketing related activities
Directing customer facing work and sales referrals
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
Ability to handle 28 foot extension ladders (up to 75 lbs. routine work) and utility access hole covers (up to 150 lbs.)
Ability to successfully complete service tech boot camp training, POTS/DSL installation/repair, cable splicing/maintenance, basic transmissions, air pressure, and HSI installations (self and full)
Basic computer skills including MS Office applications
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces, utility holes)
Ability to work aloft (e.g. ladder)
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and at various hours of the day/night
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers

Manufacturing is a pillar within Meta's Preconstruction Team supporting datacenter construction. We exist to support the predictable delivery of capacity at scale through manufactured solutions. The Manufacturing (aka Manufactured Owner Furnished Equipment "MOFE") Team's primary focus is supply chain engagement and optimization in support of construction for datacenter capacity. This position will be onsite and responsible for integration, and related logistics support, of more than 20,000 manufactured components in support of Meta's Holly Ridge project. The candidate will work closely with the contracting team and will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of this capacity on what will be the largest project in Meta's history, and one of a few of the largest datacenters in the world. The Food Safety Sanitor performs sanitation labor by performing the eight steps of sanitation while understanding and complying with all food safety and safety policies and procedures. Job duties include:
* Work cooperatively with leads and management to ensure sanitation procedures are followed.

Mortenson's Data Center Operating Group is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project labor (craft labor, subcontractors)
Monitor and address issues within weekly labor reports

Participate in site orientation training, first hour orientation, and site safety meetings
Coordinate review and approval of craft worker timecards
Participate in hire and dismissal process of craft workers
Coordinate on-site operations/Scope of Work (Equipment, Labor, Schedule)
Provide guidance on activities including set-up, work in-place, and project closeout/demobilization
Support and participate with Project Managers on schedule development and updates
Coordinate with equipment facility and outside equipment providers for project equipment, i.e. cranes, trailers, trucks, Conexus, etc.
Review and verify quantity takeoffs and materials management process during the buyout process for specific scopes of work
Manage scope(s) of work Production and Innovation Boards
Manage scope(s) of work Plan of Day (POD) activities
Support Safety Manager and/or Engineer with site safety audits, worker to worker observations, etc.
Manage quality control of self-perform and subcontractors' work
Responsible for the orientation, training, and timely performance evaluation of craft workers, including performance management process if necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum five years construction supervision or related experience
Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
Organize and manage multiple project tasks
Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills
Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills

We're hiring a Parts Manager at our onsite facility in Rayville, LA, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Parts Managers are responsible for managing and supervising parts inventory, preparing parts quotes, and ordering parts for rental equipment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing
Ability to obtain and prepare parts quotes
Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipment
Confirm invoice accuracy
Coordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedules

- Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specifications and visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.
- Constructs, erects, installs and repairs structures, scaffolding and framework using hand and power tools.
- Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts; construct and erect built- in-place or prefabricated wooden forms, according to specifications for molding concrete structures.

Job Scope
This position coordinates the work of Customer Service Associates.

Essential Functions
1) Provide positive customer service by treating customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
2) Adhere to assigned work schedule in order to provide predictability in workload scheduling.
3) Follow all Company policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.

5) Review daily staffing
6) Review workload planning calendar
7) Evaluate recovery needs
8) Conduct recovery blitzes at 2, 4, 6 and 8
9) Monitor fitting room, selling floor and sizing recovery
10) Communicate cleanliness expectations and inspect for completion prior to sign off
11) Conduct effective hand off to incoming MOD or provide communication for opening MOD
12) Provide support to store management as requested.
