Status: Full-Time | Must have reliable transportation About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Traveling Area Manager to float between our three scoop shops, jumping in wherever help is needed. Assistant District Manager (ADM) We're looking for an ADM to help oversee multiple Ben & Jerry's scoop shops(Hoboken, Ridgewood & Riverwalk). This role covers operations, staff management, training, customer service, equipment upkeep, and financial reporting. You'll be hands-on, coaching teams, keeping shops running smoothly, and making sure customers leave happy. Schedule (Spring-Fall): Full-time in NJ shops. Expect 5 long shifts per week (10-11 hrs) plus weekends/nights. Mileage reimbursement applies between store locations. What You'll Do: Keep shops running: scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and jumping in when needed. Oversee customer service, cake orders/decorating, and off-site catering/events. Manage inventory, deliveries, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. Handle financial reporting, labor goals, payroll, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and standards.
