The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Dishwasher/Utility Employee plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. Accountabilities/Duties:
Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards.
Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler and bathroom.
Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift.
Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
Assists in the unloading, processing and storage of weekly supplies delivery.
Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated WingStop General Manager (WSGM) to lead the operations of our restaurant. As the WSGM, you will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a dedicated team. Reporting to the WingStop District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and achieving financial objectives.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Profitability:
● Take ownership of the restaurant's Profit & Loss, driving productivity and revenue generation.
● Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the 10s List to enhance profitability.
● Monitor cash flow, labor, and food costs, reporting to the District Manager weekly.
● Manage cash flow, payouts, repair costs, and inventory purchases.
● Attend weekly accountability meetings with the WingStop District Manager.
Operations:
● Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
● Optimize staff scheduling and manage labor efficiently.
● Uphold Food and Health Safety protocols at all times.
● Maintain operational and brand standards, including proper shift changes, opening, and closing procedures.
● Fulfill duties of Assistant General Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Hourly Shift Leader when necessary.
Quality Control:
● Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers quality products and maintains product presentation.
● Monitor freshness and adherence to preparation guidelines.
● Uphold cleanliness and enforce the cleaning schedule in alignment with QSC regulations.
● Maintain the restaurant and premises in a clean and well-maintained condition.
● Achieve 95% or better accuracy in Quality Standards Inspections.
Guest Experience:
● Motivate and lead the team to provide accurate orders, friendly, and fast service in a clean environment.
● Address guest issues promptly and proactively manage the guest experience.
● Develop strategies to engage guests, conduct customer service surveys, and execute local marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
● Lead the recruitment and selection process to build an efficient and professional team.
● Provide training and ensure completion of food safety training for new team members.
● Keep the staff up to date on all training procedures.
● Offer coaching and feedback to raise team capabilities and improve restaurant performance.
● Implement recognition and retention programs, including Employee Performance and Employee of the Quarter.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Minimum age of 18 years old.
● High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
● Previous restaurant management experience of 1-2 years.
● Strong understanding of P&L management and restaurant profitability drivers.
● Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
● Demonstrated leadership abilities and guest service principles understanding.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for proper restaurant functioning.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Bakery Manager/Lead Operator directs the team and day-to-day operation, which includes all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control. The ultimate objective of this role is to drive sales and profitability while ensuring the highest quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment and superior service are consistently provided to our guests. The Bakery Manager/Lead Operator exemplifies NbC core values and serves as the key culture carrier to bring joy to the bakery and beyond in the community while building the team's commitment to our guests and the NbC brand. Accountabilities/Duties:
Team Leadership
Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment.
Recruits and selects talent and ensures performance expectations are clearly communicated and proper training is provided to execute responsibilities effectively and enable team members to thrive.
Engages frequently with team members to gain insight into workload and progress, address any challenges and course-correct as needed.
Provides continuous coaching and follow up to develop team and manage performance; delivers constructive feedback, conducts quarterly reviews, and addresses any performance issues in a timely, effective manner.
Delineates role of Assistant Manager, assigning specific responsibilities to support the ongoing leadership of the bakery team and operation.
Identifies future leaders and cross-trains team members as appropriate to build individual capabilities and ensure adequate bakery coverage.
Maintains hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and steps in regularly to perform various responsibilities as business needs dictate.
Business Operations
Facilitates the opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
Manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts as well as large, complex orders and deliveries.
Creates and communicates weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedule, and adjusts bakery coverage based on changing business trends.
Sets inventory par levels based on production demand and sales forecast monitors stock levels, processes weekly supply orders and conducts monthly inventory.
Ensures NbC product, service, bakery environment, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and that all bakery operations adhere to food and health safety standards and NbC policies and procedures.
Manages all controllable expenses, including labor, COGS, maintenance, and supplies, to maximize profitability.
Performs administrative functions, including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures.
Local Marketing
Leads proactive community outreach to increase brand visibility in the market and engage in brand-aligned events while responding appropriately to external requests for NbC contributions.
Coordinates special event participation with local businesses, schools, and other community organizers.
