The Manager of Distribution Center Operations is responsible for all operational functions within the Distribution Center to expedite merchandise through the distribution process in a productive, accurate and cost-effective manner. The Engine/Rigging Specialist performs rigging and maintenance on a variety of boats. This position will work directly with internal and external personnel, including fishing pros, management, engineers, etc. May assist with functions such as dealer conventions, media events, and assist with keeping track of inventory, and ship and receive our boats, motors and other components. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Install motors, electronics and various other components on all of our boat models. Test and troubleshoot all types of issues that might come up on boats. The DC Outfitter must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the Distribution Center.
