General Summary The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. The duties of the job require an average of 2030 hours per work week (will vary by store location) dedicated to sustaining the stores inventory integrity to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. They are to consistently provide amazing customer service to both internal and external customers while being involved and motivated toward the goals of the entire store operations with a willingness to assist in any area they are needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non Ace vendors. Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received. Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store. Ensure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors. Utilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received. Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched. Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments. Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories. Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates. Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place. Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns. Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and coordinating export activities. Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities: · Document, update, and stay informed about the shipping preferences for all Colony customers. · Coordinate shipments and modes of transport and communicate shipping details to the customer's transportation and logistics teams in a timely fashion. · Audit shipment dates for accuracy to ensure an on-time arrival of Colony products to clients. · Communicate effectively by responding to inquiries related to the status of shipments. · Collaborate with production teams to ensure the smooth movement of finished Colony products to its customers. · Demonstrate the ability to adapt and multitask multiple projects in a dynamic environment. · Update the company's shipping schedules and details using Microsoft Excel. · Manage and gain understanding from the Shipping Floor Supervisor and the Production teams to ensure all shipments details are recorded and the required labeling is applied to packages. · Collate and print Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips and OSHA placards, and required UPS/FedEx labels. · Participate in training to learn how to support other teams based on business needs such as creating paperwork. · Learn and use Epicor to achieve above mentioned requirements. · Learn and effective work with in customer portals, i.e. COUPA, ARIBA, SERVICE CHANNEL etc…. These are illustrative duties, and the job holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the company.
