It's a job
Too many to name. Cliques. Different standards for office people vs non. Those who advance and do what they want and get away with breaking rules are able to because they are related to someone there or in a relationship with someone there. This is encouraged. Then there's the hard workers who actually keep the place making crazy profits but don't get the respect or advancement or acknowledgement they deserve. And everyone knows all this is happening but nothing is done about it other than making jokes about it or doing childish pranks. Also very closed minded people mostly.
