Ron Rock is a results oriented IT executive with experience leading mission critical technology based initiatives that solve business problems. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads product management, software development, technical operations and software quality assurance functions to own and drive successful delivery of all products. Ron collaborates with the executive team to define the product strategy and the overall product roadmap.

Shantanu joined Ciox Health in August 2016 as the chief technology officer. He comes to Ciox Health, from Greenway Health, where he was responsible for all product development, cloud operations, integration and interoperability services. His focus while there was on building an integrated development team and combining operational and development resources across R&D, Cloud Operations and Interoperability. Prior to Greenway, he served as senior vice president of product development and technology for Vitera Healthcare Solutions where he specialized in rapid product innovation – launching two new products in less than six months – and as the vice president of solution development for Allscripts. Early in his career he worked as a product manager and software architect at Misys Healthcare Solutions and as an early employee of Fatwire Software, a start-up where he held numerous roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical technology from Jadavpur University in India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
