Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.
Online Consumer Panels America is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.
It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed.
Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market.
Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Duties Description The primary responsibilities of the Laboratory Equipment Designer (Electronics) with the Bureau of Air Quality Surveillance's Northern Monitoring Section in Avon, New York will be:
Design, construct, troubleshoot and repair air monitoring equipment to support New York State's air monitoring network.
* Take necessary steps to design and ensure the reliable operation of equipment installed at monitoring sites, including the performance and documentation of quality assurance and quality control checks on all air quality monitoring equipment at monitoring sites.
* Maintain, repair, and oversee air monitoring operations at air quality monitoring stations in central, northern, and western New York including the calibration, maintenance and repair of intricate electrical and electronic instruments used by research and engineering staff including microprocessors based on telemetry, ambient air monitoring instrumentation, records, etc.
Installation of sampling equipment and collection of air samples for continuous and manual air monitoring, including special studies. Evaluate air monitoring data from monitors and special air studies confirming data availability and accuracy to ensure the proper operation of equipment.
Work with research and engineering staff to develop and operate air monitoring systems and solve complex problems associated with them. Evaluate and test various types of air sampling equipment for application and use in special studies or improving existing operations.
Assist in the design, implementation, and operation of activities associated with special air monitoring projects, documenting and recording all activities, observations and test results for future reference.
Provide physical and technical assistance to field technicians.
Essential Functions:
* Must be capable of handling the standard tools of electricians and have an understanding of electrical systems to be able to troubleshoot these systems at monitoring sites.
* Must have experience with electrical communication systems to be able to install, troubleshoot and repair systems at monitoring sites.
* Must be capable of handling standard construction tools.
* Must be able to drive a truck or van and capable of loading and unloading vehicles.
* Must be able to operate a computer and possess knowledge of required technical computer programs.
* Must be able to write correspondence and reports.
* Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and climb ladders.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma and two years of experience in the design, repair, maintenance, operation, and calibration of sophisticated electrical and electronics equipment for scientific research or experiments for educational purposes.
Substitution: an associate's degree with specialization in machine design may substitute for the two years of experience.
Additional Comments Must have a valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
Must be able to negotiate difficult terrain.
Must be able to work in remote areas.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE

Oversees and assists with development of complex logic for reports and data analysis using advanced functionality within Microsoft SQL tools, Crystal Reports, Epic Systems reporting tools, Tableau/Power BI, or other reporting applications ensuring adherence to development protocols.
Reviews the design and delivery mechanism of an asset and enhances end-users' understanding of the information.
Prepares and presents concise summaries to explain findings, variations, and limitations with recommendations for solutions based upon data-driven insight.
Understands Electronic Medical Records (EMR) workflows to translate between the transactional system and the data repository.
Obtains and maintains Epic Data Model and/or reporting tools certifications or training as needed, and/or maintains current knowledge via self-study for reporting tools and reporting programming techniques.
Leads regularly scheduled team and 1:1 meeting with staff to review assignments and discuss career and professional development.
Completes Annual Reviews of staff.
Represents team at Senior Leadership meetings with project status updates, as needed.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
