ROLE SUMMARY:
Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loading supplies into machinery

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)

The Production Operator is held by newly hired employees until they are placed into open positions after the union bidding process has completed for more senior employees. The Production Operator provides support to all areas of the facility including General Labor, Filling, and Paint Operator roles. Key Responsibilities
* Proficient in the basic skills required for reading and understanding batch tickets, QC adjustment sheets, operating various transfer pumps, and use of process tanks and their associated valves, lids, etc.
* Operate Premix and Thindown Tanks
* Use mixing agitators, Automatic Dosing System (ADS), Intermix Systems, weigh scales, and other processing equipment as required
* Fill containers to prescribed weight or volume
* Drawdown paint samples and perform cleanliness checks
* Wash tanks as required
* Operate power lift equipment, including fork trucks
* General handling of 55 gallon drums
* Label and maintain hazardous waste drums
* Proper housekeeping of work areas and process equipment
* Sweep, mop, empty trash, clean and stock supplies in various locations throughout the plant and outside.

Job Requirements
* Be punctual and place importance on good attendance.
* Be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, which represents the typical weight of a bag of solid raw material or a 5-gallon pail of liquid raw material.

Nature and Scope
This position is a member of the Manufacturing Team. The Manufacturing Team is responsible for activities associated with the manufacture of safe, effective and sterile pharmaceuticals in accordance with company SOPs, policies and cGMPs. The Manufacturing Team ensure aseptic and sanitary conditions are maintained where required, that appropriate manufacturing area and equipment records are neat and accurate and that safe, effective and professional behavior is displayed at all times. In conjunction with Production Management the Manufacturing Team provides input and assistance to other Departments as needed, playing a critical role in maintaining production schedules and meeting Company goals. The Team Member will be able to participate in all aspects of the Manufacturing Process. The Manufacturing Process includes loading of glass vials, stoppers, caps and seals into manufacturing machinery, unloading of finished product from the manufacturing machinery and the set-up/tear-down and line clearances of the manufacturing equipment. The manufacturing technology utilized at PharmaForce Inc. - New Albany includes HMI-PLC/SCADA controlled Isolation Barrier Aseptic Filling, Autoclave Sterilization, VHP Sterilization, CIP Sanitization, SIP Sterilization and Lyophilization. The Team Member will be proficient in all activities associated with the manufacturing process and be able to work with minimal supervision. The Team Member will receive direction, training and mentorship from the Senior Filling Operators. The Team Member will, with assistance from a Senior Team Member/s, be able to troubleshoot minor equipment adjustments and repairs during setup and during operations. The Team Member will be able to select parameters requiring Senior Team Member Approval for some manufacturing technologies using the HMI-PLC/SCADA control/data systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Gathers, stages and returns production materials in support of manufacturing activities.
Assists team members with equipment assembly, cleaning, and storage as required to support manufacturing.
Maintains cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and areas as required to support manufacturing activities.
Staffs various stations in support of container washing, filling, stoppering, and capping. Will offload finished product.
Ensure that only approved documentation and procedures are utilized.
Oversee production supply, materials and equipment gathering, staging and sampling activities required to support manufacturing.
Oversees and performs QC sampling activities required to support manufacturing.
Ability to perform minor machine diagnostics and repairs as required.
Attends all training programs as required by Company SOPs, procedures and policies.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Technical degree and/or some college in a relevant field is a plus.
Minimum one year as a Filling Operator I, having performed at a satisfactory level or similar work experience in a related field preferred.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Possesses mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Ability to take feedback constructively and function in a team oriented work environment.
Must be able to read documents in Standard English such as Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance schedules and operating manuals.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Environment and Physical Requirements
Physically able to wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, respirators, and protective gloves. PPE and Respirators are essential for the health and safety of employees.
Employees must maintain a clean-shaven appearance each working shift to wear tight-fitting respirators properly.
Employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet and maintain cleanroom gowning requirements.
Ability to meet and maintain respirator fit-testing requirements.

Summary: To contribute to the production of metal insulated building panels as directed by Supervisor. Skilled Technical Industrial Machine Operator with strong mathematical and communication skills to operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of Kingspan panels. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and the ability to understand measurements, work collaboratively in teams, apply critical thinking, have quality and safety awareness, and be mechanically oriented.
Essential Duties:
Follows up on work assignments from Supervisor.
Receives machine/process operations according to need and operator qualification.
Coordinates resource requirements with the Production Supervisor and other Team Leaders.
Ensures team productivity remains high by closely coordinating product change and brakes.
Contribute to the following:
The Product is manufactured within standard times.
The Product is manufactured according to the production schedule (timing and sequence).
The product is manufactured within engineering specifications.
The product is manufactured with the least amount of material and labor required.
Assures quality standards are met for all workstation/cell output:
Records all required data.
Ensures that all material is properly labeled and placed within proper staging/storage areas.
Identifies any non-conforming product to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Technicians.
Ensures that any task performed within the work cell is completed per the written Standard Operating Procedure(s) for that task.
Completes all Preventative Maintenance requirements within the work cell.
Reports maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor
Communicates to other Team Leaders and the Production Manager when Policy violations are noticed within their work cell or other work areas of the facility.
Reports infractions to the Production Manager.
Participates in any required disciplinary action.
Contribute to an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the workstation/cell.
Operate air saw equipment
Reports under-performing Associates or temporary employees to the Production Manager.
All other duties assigned, as required.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree (related field) preferred.
Experience with measuring tools, preferred.

Work Environment:

Dusty environment requires FIT test for respirator use. Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required such as bump cap, gloves and safety toe footwear.
Work conditions also include elevated areas, ascending/descending, and working on ladders, scaffolding, and portable work areas/platforms will also be required.
May be required to frequently stand for 85 percent and walk around for 10 percent of shift.
