Complete performance reviews for crew members and assist with performance reviews for managers

Review performance metrics daily and develop action plans to enhance the execution of systems and processes to improve profitability, sales, and guest experience

Job Qualifications

Job Description
As part of an R&D project team, the Senior Systems and V/V engineer provides technical contributions to the system design and Verification/Validation of a complex medical device from concept through commercialization and/or through the full life cycle of the product. Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
Provide technical support for department equipment to support mass production.

JOB GOAL: To support the implementation of high-quality speech and language services that improve student communication skills, promote access to the curriculum, and enhance educational outcomes under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), in accordance with Indiana state guidelines.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct speech and language intervention activities as planned, designed, and supervised by the supervising SLP.
2. Provide direct services to students individually or in small groups using evidence-based strategies.
3. Document student performance, collect data, and prepare materials to support the SLP's evaluation and progress-monitoring processes.
4. Follow therapy plans, behavioral strategies, and accommodations/modifications established by the SLP and student IEP teams.
5. Assist in scheduling, organizing therapy spaces, and preparing instructional and therapeutic materials.
6. Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP regarding student progress, concerns, and needs.
7. Support generalization of communication skills across school environments in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and administrators.
8. Maintain confidentiality of student records in compliance with FERPA and district policies.
9. Ensures adherence to Indiana state guidelines for special education services.

Basic Functions and Scope of Responsibility
Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming aquatic environment. This role maintains constant vigilance of the pool area, enforces safety rules, and responds quickly and effectively to emergencies. Lifeguards represent the YMCA's commitment to safety, member engagement, and community well-being.
Role Responsibilities
Maintain active and vigilant surveillance of the pool, deck, and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and injuries
Enforce all aquatic safety rules, policies, and procedures consistently and respectfully
Respond immediately to emergencies in accordance with YMCA protocols; complete required incident and accident reports
Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and equipment to identify and address potential hazards
Perform regular chemical testing and record results accurately (when not actively guarding)
Ensure safety equipment is readily available and in good working condition
Maintain accurate records as required by the YMCA and health department regulations
Attend all required staff meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions to maintain certification and readiness
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the aquatic team and YMCA mission
Education, Experience & Training
Minimum age of 15
Lifeguard Certification
6 months experience or equivalent
CPR for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent, First Aid and Emergency Oxygen
Ability to pass a pre-hire swim and safety test
Ability to maintain recertification as required under YMCA policies
Ability to maintain physical and mental alertness and readiness throughout each shift
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to enforce rules with courtesy and confidence
