Mr. Leslie H. Wexner is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of L Brands, Inc., (formerly known as Limited Brands, Inc), since 1963. Mr. Wexner has been Chief Executive Officer of Limited Brands since he founded the Company in 1963, and Chairman of the Board for more than forty years. After graduating from The Ohio State University (OSU) and serving in the Air National Guard, he decided to work in his parents’ business. Throughout his career, Les has been committed to making a difference in the community and is one of the industry’s most generous philanthropists. He is a generous supporter of the United Way, and was awarded the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship for his commitment to the public.

Accomplished c-suite executive and strategic advisor with deep boardroom experience, providing leadership in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, international expansion, complex litigation and intellectual property portfolios for publicly traded and private equity held companies. Significant leadership roles with global Fortune 1000 consumer-facing and B2B companies in multiple industries, including software, technology, telecommunications, retail, and apparel. Broad experience leading and managing people across multiple functions including legal, corporate governance, compliance, government affairs, internal audit, risk management and corporate social responsibility. Michael Wu is chief legal officer of L Brands (NYSE: LB), an international retailer.Prior to L Brands, Michael was chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Madewell, where he drove the company’s preparation for an IPO and spin-off from J.Crew prior to the company’s bankruptcy proceeding and restructuring.Prior to joining Madewell in 2019, Michael was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Carter’s (NYSE: CRI), a leading children’s apparel company. Michael joined Carter’s in 2014 and was responsible for all legal, government affairs, compliance, internal audit, risk management and corporate social responsibility at Carter’s.Prior to Carter’s, Michael was general counsel of Rosetta Stone, an education technology software company. He joined Rosetta Stone in 2006 and established Rosetta Stone’s anti-piracy/anti-fraud enforcement program. Michael oversaw the company's successful IPO on the NYSE, a secondary stock offering (private equity sponsor exit), and four acquisitions. Before joining Rosetta Stone, Michael was vice president and general counsel of Teleglobe (Nasdaq: TLGB), an international telecommunications provider. Michael was a key member of the team responsible for restructuring Teleglobe in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings which led to the sale of the core business to Cerberus Capital Management. Michael became general counsel of Teleglobe upon the acquisition by Cerberus and led Teleglobe’s acquisition of ITXC Corp., the listing of Teleglobe on NASDAQ and the sale of Teleglobe to the Tata Group in 2006. Prior to Teleglobe, Michael was a senior attorney in the Hong Kong office of Global One, an international JV between Sprint, Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom. He was also associated with Baker Botts LLP in Houston, Texas and a firm in Washington, D.C. that merged into Morgan Lewis.

Andrew Meslow serves as chief executive officer of Bath & Body Works. He was promoted to CEO of Bath & Body Works in February 2020 after serving as the brand’s chief operating officer for eight years. He joined the L Brands board of directors and became the company's CEO at the close of its annual meeting of stockholders in May 2020. With more than 15 years of experience at Bath & Body Works and 30 years in specialty retail, he brings deep company knowledge, immense retail and financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing for customers, the business and company associates.

As the COO of Bath & Body Works, Meslow led several areas of the business, including finance, merchandise planning and allocation, store operations and the direct channel. Meslow joined L Brands in 2003, working in roles at Victoria’s Secret and the corporate group before moving to Bath & Body Works in 2005 as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining the enterprise, Meslow was with Banana Republic for more than seven years, where he held a variety of leadership positions including vice president/brand CFO. He began his retail career at Ann Taylor in 1991, where he was part of the Loft launch team.

Meslow has served since September 2019 on the board of Lutheran Social Services, a non-profit organization with a mission of uplifting families and strengthening communities across 27 Ohio counties by addressing core societal issues related to food, shelter, safety and healing.
