I do not like how much we get paid considering the amount of duties that are required.

Working (nearly) every weekend, lack of interest in our store from the corporate office.
We do get a lot of free products.

It was an easy enough job for the most part, just assisting customers in finding scents and ringing them up.
I injured my back lifting boxes and they did nothing to help me. They would only let me see their doctors to qualify for worker's comp, but those doctors weren't covered by my health insurance, so I couldn't. I am still suffering from excruciating back pain eight years later.
The best perk was free lotion and soap, and that's it.
