You apply your sales creativity helping clients with finishes, hardware, countertop, storage and access solutions to transform this most important room in the house. You provide each homeowner with a complete, professional and compelling presentation of Kitchen Saver products and services to help them design a custom solution for their home. Our project management team takes it from there through to installation so you can move ahead to help the next customer.
As part of one of the nation's ten largest home remodeling companies we continue to grow each year. Each office has a marketing team that focuses on the local community at retail locations, malls, and events where thousands of people are exposed to our message to find you customers. This allows our sales manager and representatives to focus on what they do best - HELP CUSTOMERS and MAKE SALES - without the headache of generating your own leads.
Sales Rep's Responsibilities
Appointments are set Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 8 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. Sales Reps must be available to accept appointments at these times.
Sales Reps must have a home-based fax machine or home computer with the ability to scan/email in order to send and receive Company paperwork.
All appointment results must be faxed or emailed to the office the same day or by 8 AM the next day
Sales Reps are not permitted to fax and/or scan copies of Deposit Checks, Credit Card Authorization Forms, and Finance Applications.
Sales Reps are not permitted to maintain any copies, digitally or otherwise, of any contracts or related paperwork including, but not limited to spec sheets, credit card authorization forms, financing applications, or deposit checks.
All contracts, including finance paperwork, deposit checks, and credit card slips are to be turned in to the Company as follows: All original paperwork from appointments from Thursday - Sunday are due the following Monday by 10:00 AM.
All original paperwork from appointments from Monday - Wednesday are due Thursday by 10:00 AM.
There are no exceptions unless approved by upper management.
Incomplete paperwork and sales-related issues must be resolved within three (3) days from time the Sales Rep was advised of the problem or the commission will be forfeited unless the Manager approves an extension.
Sales Reps must follow up with every customer after installation to ensure customer satisfaction, obtain referrals, and generate additional sales.
As a condition of employment, Sales Reps must have and maintain a valid drivers' license, current auto insurance and a vehicle that is available for their exclusive use at all times during employment with the Company. Personal vehicles must be well maintained and presentable in appearance at all times.
Attendance at scheduled monthly and weekly Sales Meetings is mandatory. At the approval of your manager, you may be excused from attending a meeting for good cause. All expenses incurred as a result of attending these meetings will not be reimbursed by the company.
The dress code for Sales Reps is business casual. All Sales Reps are encouraged to wear a shirt displaying the Kitchen Saver logo when making sales calls.
A smart phone is strongly recommended.
Benefits
Start Up/Training Pay is $800.00 per week for up to the (12) weeks.
· Following 3-Week training period newly hired Sales Reps will be scheduled to run leads as well as work outside events, as needed.
· 12- week or until sales volume reaches $200k
· Leads opportunities are Monday-Saturday
· Events could be scheduled any day of the week (typically Friday-Monday)
· Compensation
· $800 per week
· 50% of commission earned (see “Commission” explanation above)
· After the 12 weeks or sales volume reaches $200k Sales Reps will be scheduled to run leads and have the option to work outside events.
· Compensation for working optional outside events:
· Event Hourly Range:
· 2-3 Hour Shift = $50.00
· 4-5 Hour Shift = $100.00
· 6-7 Hour Shift = $150.00
· 8-+ Hour Shift = $200.00
· Set Up and Tear Down Range:
· 1-2 Hour Shift = $25.00
· 3-4 Hour Shift = $50.00
· 5-+ Hour Shift = $100.00
· Bonus:
· 1% of all NET Sales generated at Events (within 30 days of Event)
There are no paid holidays, sick, or vacation days (except where prohibited by law).
There is no mileage or expense reimbursement from the Company. Other than bonuses and special incentives, there are no extra earnings or compensation for any reason.
Time off should be requested in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance.
You become eligible for health insurance coverage after completing 90 days of employment.
Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance are available after completing 90 days of employment. You must enroll in the medical plan to receive these 100% company-paid benefits.
Sales Reps age 21+ may participate in the Company 401K Retirement Plan the next calendar month after 90 days' service; includes employer match (.25% on first 4% of employee contributions).

Many of our most successful people have come from direct sales backgrounds such as autos, mortgages, energy, and insurance sales. While in-home sales experience is ideal, the ability to communicate is most critical and we have an extensive training program to develop the skills you need.
Must be 21 years old with the ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening and have a valid driver's license and ability to travel in the territory.

In our Inland Empire division, we are looking to expand our footprint by adding to our team a motivated, outgoing OutsideSales Consultant. As an OutsideSales Consultant, in this role you will be focusing on selling our products to homeowners with leads provided.
We are looking for…
Relevant experience in direct to consumer sales with “Best in Class" sales processes
Demonstrated success in Sales and Customer Relations.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Sales targets and other KPI's.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Thrive in competitive and dynamic sales environment
Be able to work independently
Driven to meet or exceed sales goals
Ability to travel throughout the sales territory
Must be 21 and subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
