Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser
Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz' management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Duties

Completes daily all pre-and post-trip inspections for safety and security by inspecting and documenting in BGC vehicle logs prior to locking the vehicle and completing the daily shift. Responsibilities
Assist customers in product selection in every aspect in a timely fashion. Follow through on sales from introduction of product through sale and beyond when needed.
Attend all vendor clinics and employee training that will enhance the development of the Retail team.
Responds to customers requests in a timely fashion and with excellent guest service skills.
Assist in receiving of all merchandise, including pricing, merchandising product on floor and warehousing back stock.
Assist in daily replenishment of back stocked product to the sales floor.
Assist in taking monthly inventory.
Ensures the store maintains a clean atmosphere by adhering to an established cleaning schedule and taking initiative to maintain an outstanding shop appearance.
Must have an understanding of sports activities for which products are being sold. This includes golf, tennis, and skiing.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills.

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities * Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have
* Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained
* Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
* Process all corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests and any additional communications related to store activities
* Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays
* Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention
* Maintain areas of the store, including a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom, to company standards
* Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
* Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure all store associates follow company policies and procedures
* Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
* Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
* Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
* Other duties as assigned*
Skills and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is required
* Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
* Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
* Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
* Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required
* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required
