The coworkers and free lunches every friday. Thats all.
Cons of working at Battery Systems
Managemnt needs to change. Keep the good quality people instead of laying them off and hiring new people for cheap pay. I had micromanaging supervisor and for every littler thing I had to get her approval. Also the manager of dept i worked in was clueless. She had no clue on how process work and played favortisim within dept.
