The Capital Equipment Specialist has primary responsibilities for:
* Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory.
* Performing effective territory penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for Solta devices.
* Providing training presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company's products using effective communication and sales techniques.
* Educating the customer regarding the indications contraindications and safety of Solta products and how they fulfill the needs of the customer.
* Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
* Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree preferred along with experience selling capital equipment in the Aesthetics or Dermatology space.
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
* Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management and/or large groups. Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Solta products using professional selling and closing skills.
* Ability to use word processing and database applications and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of FDA GMPs. Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
* Knowledge of clinical surgical techniques and procedures and medical terminology.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills. Skill in managing time effectively. Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.
* Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays, attend tradeshows and corporate and training meetings.
* Candidates should also demonstrate strong interpersonal, teamwork and workload planning skills
* Ability to maintain suitable work station (including inventory) remotely.
* Ability to transport of up to 60 pounds of equipment within territory and have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Other requirements include;
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The range of starting base pay for this role is 80K-100K. The **Manager, Sales Training- Cataract Surgical** will provide structured training, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure new hires gain the technical knowledge, selling skills, and confidence required to succeed in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**
Onboarding & Training
Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, including product knowledge, surgical techniques, and consultative selling strategies
Facilitate classroom sessions, virtual learning, and hands-on wet labs to reinforce technical proficiency
Guide new hires through the first 90180 days, ensuring smooth integration into their territories
Field Support & Coaching
Accompany new hires on customer visits to model best practices in surgeon engagement and OR interactions
Provide real-time feedback and coaching during live cases and product demonstrations
Monitor progress and create individualized development plans to accelerate performance
Technical Expertise
Maintain mastery of cataract surgical workflow, phacoemulsification systems, and advanced IOL technologies
Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and clinical questions during onboarding
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Sales Leadership and Clinical Application Specialists to align training with business objectives
Track new hire performance metrics and report progress to management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree;
Minimum 3 years of experience in surgical sales or ophthalmology
Strong presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel extensively for training and field
Preferred Skills
Experience mentoring or training sales professionals
Familiarity with cataract surgery and OR protocols

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ This role supports the Global Machining & Fabrication Commodity portfolio and will report to the Contract Performance Manager Staff Manager or the Commodity Executive depending on Suppliers assigned.
+ Responsible for maximizing contract performance, while maintaining supplier relationships
+ Ownership for the productivity of assigned contracts through cost reduction, cost avoidance, income generation, and working capital savings Owns management of existing contracts to measure performance of contractual T&Cs against expectations (i.e. bid vs did process), identify gaps or opportunities, and manage cross functional team actions (i.e. cost recovery, terminations, productivity clauses, premiums, etc.) to maximize contractual productivity and performance
+ Accountable for supplier performance inclusive of safety, compliance, quality, delivery, commercial, readiness and all elements within these areas (i.e. WIP Health, commits, payables, tooling, etc.)
+ Where supplier performance does not meet expectations, responsible to drive cross functional problem solving and structured action plans for improvement
+ Leads cross functional teams to manage supplier relationships
+ Acts as chief negotiator in significant deals. And leads negotiations among the working team including, but not limited to sourcing colleagues, legal, finance, compliance, engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, product lines, customers, and suppliers
+ Leads and is accountable for business approvals, supply award, and contract authoring

The Payer Process Manager leads teams focused on payer rules, policies, and accounts receivable operations. This role drives compliance, optimizes reimbursement, and supports revenue cycle performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage payer policies and rules.
Maintain systems, hotkeys, tools & references.
Proactively monitor for policies & rule changes.
Analyze KPIs, financial results & variances; trending & root cause.
Innovate to optimize systems & processes.
Collaborate with payers & internal partners to resolve discrepancies.
Manage State Medicaid policies and rules.
Manage, mentor and coach supervisors and other team members with focus on performance management and professional development.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure performance and quality standards are met and initiative corrective actions as needed.
Develop and execute communication plan that includes regularly scheduled meetings and communication with all work sites (CHIP, ADSG).
Support the system transformation and act as an effective change agent. Contribute to future state process design, testing, SOP development, training and organizational change management initiatives and leads employees through change.
Build strong team relationships by understanding, helping and motivating teams.
Lead and/or assist in projects as needed.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of qualified employees to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Comply with laws and regulations as they pertain to services provided by the Company. This includes supporting and demonstrating compliance with the Company's Compliance and HIPAA Plans.
Promptly report any information regarding a known or suspected violation of any applicable laws, regulations, standards or company policy.
Represent the culture and values of the Company to other groups, agencies and the general public, and ensure accuracy of public information materials.
As applicable, attend in-service, continuing education or seminar programs to stay current with industry and community trends.
Attend all required Compliance, HIPAA and other scheduled training.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

The Plant Manager is accountable for strategic operational oversight of a continuous manufacturing operation, including ensuring safety and quality standards, optimizing efficiency, cost management and leading a team of employees to meet the plant and organizational goals. .

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 and includes a possible 25% STI quarterly incentive bonus and 10% LTI yearly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
