Associate degree preferred. + NCLE Advanced Certified or equivalent experience required. + Licensed Optician is a plus. + Must be able to work on the computer doing order calculations while live on the phone with the customer to design the correct lens for the patient. + Basic computer knowledge is required. + Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive with an interest in helping others and building brand recognition. + Willing to travel up to 25% domestic travel, including some overnight travel. + Must possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Must be organized, efficient, arid detailed-oriented. + Must be willing/able to work Mon-Fri 10AM-7PM Eastern Time.
