+ Establish a forward-looking Financial Management view to continue to progress the transformation and execution of the HHDDA operating model
+ Financial Reporting and Metrics
+ Collaborate with OE Governance Leader to develop insights using interactive tools such as Power BI Dashboards
+ Identify data sources to build Financial Dashboard that support KPIs
+ Define metrics and KPIs aligned to HHDDA goals and targets
+ Develop standard templates and utilize tools creating efficiencies and automation where possible
+ Bachelor's degree with experience in data and analytics portfolio financial operations
+ Experience with SAP modules: Finance FI and Funds Management FM
+ 10+yrs experience delivering complex financial processes, reporting and metrics in an Agile type PMO environment with proven ability to apply project, or program management frameworks and techniques
+ 8-10+yrs experience developing organizational financial processes using analytics
+ 8-10+yrs experience with accruals, forecasting systems, general ledgers, invoicing, and other financial acumens
+ Led a team of 5-10 people
+ Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
+ Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, SAP Forecasting, Power BI, Visio
