As a Production Fill Operator, you will be responsible for performance of tasks related to drug formulation, weighing, cleaning mix complex, tanks and equipment, distilled water sanitization, filter integrity testing and documentation. As well as machine set-up operation and adjustments, which includes batch changeover, sterilization, cleaning and batch documentation.

What You'll Be Doing
Run Galaxy Machine
Set up equipment
Perform sterilization
Management of Datalogger output
Troubleshoot alarms
Performing tasks related to the operation of different equipment used in the mix and fill process, which may include the use of tools like calipers, scales, gauges, and other measuring devices
Make process adjustment in accordance with GMP's and Plant Procedures
Responsible for In-Process inspections and all related documentation in accordance to specifications
Issue ports, build embosser, clean pressure vessel
Perform line clearances
Build and perform integrity testing on all production sterilizing filters
Maintain area housekeeping
Perform drop sanitization
Overtime may be required
What You'll Bring
Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin Drugs
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, experience in GMP Mfg
Visual acuity 20/20 Near Vision with or without corrective vision required
Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English in order to align with vital SOP's, SPEC's, Job-specific training materials, GMP's, and other manuals
Requires the use of and troubleshooting of the label and directional insert dispensing equipment
Preferably 6+ months of experience with technical/mechanical machine operating
Good documentation skills and computer skills
Basic math skills required
Candidates will be required to pass a job placement examination which test the physical capabilities to perform the certain functions of a job
Comfortable to wear protective equipment with a respirator, and work in confined spaces
Comfortable with working with pressurized equipment, -25o to -70o F room temperature, working with hot surfaces, and wet environment

Provide timely insights to the strategy and competitive intelligence teams regarding treatment practice and trends observed in field interactions.
Evaluate existing Gilead promotional speakers, and nominate HCPs to serve as new or continuing speakers each year.
Participate in advisory boards and educational programs, including speaker training sessions and clinical conferences.
Collaborate appropriately with colleagues across other functional areas, including Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, Strategic Operations, Government and Public Affairs, Commercial, and Marketing.

Responsibilities
Under the immediate direction of a qualified licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will be trained to draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Many of your duties will include:
Prepare prescriptions by typing labels and obtain Staff Pharmacist approval
Draw doses into either a syringe or vial
Perform quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with Federal, State, Company and manufacturer's guidelines.
Receive, document, and store incoming and outgoing pharmaceuticals according to the Department of Transportation and Company guidelines
Maintain computer inventory and records to ensure proper utilization of materials and accounting for Rx drugs
Assist and/or perform in the labeling of blood cell products
Perform general laboratory and facility clean up
May perform clerical and administrative services including maintenance of daily records, preparation of receipts, report preparation, and maintenance of billing records
Make deliveries to accounts with company vehicles as needed
Speak with customers and address questions and/or concerns via telephone
Works under close supervision. All work is reviewed for accuracy. Any deviations from the norm are approved by the supervisor before proceeding
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy, licensure as a Pharmacy Technician preferred

Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and maintaining an operational readiness of the AutoStore (AS) and SLAM at our fully automated locations.
* Inventory and account for repair parts for the AS and SLAM
* Ordering repair parts for the AS and SLAM as they are consumed.
* Protecting and improving the value of Cardinal's assets and ensuring that ASRS and all supply line distribution equipment and systems including PSI, continue to perform their intended functions.
* Implementing and managing the reliability-based maintenance function. This position also executes equipment inspection and monitoring programs; defines and implements maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime; and continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations and reliability methods and implements changes to enhance effectiveness at increasing value-maximizing performance.
* Monitoring operation and maintains ASRS equipment; robots, conveyors, and other mechanical and electrical equipment; reviewing logs as necessary to assure proper operation of equipment; responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions on an as need/requested basis.
* Performing preventive maintenance tasks when required per manufacturing standard and frequencies, utilizing a CMMS.
* Overseeing repairs and PMs of ASRS equipment and implements frequency of repair and/or PM per manufactures recommendations, standards, and warranty compliance.
* Ensuring the availability of an adequate inventory of tools and other supplies to operate the ASRS and all associated automation, including PSI.

Qualifications:

Your Role at Baxter
The Financial Analyst Intern position provides aspiring, financially oriented business students a range of outstanding experiences in corporate accounting and finance. In this role, whether you are tracking critical performance metrics, collaborating cross-functionally with other teams, or forecasting the future landscape of the business, our leaders will use your work to drive the strategic decisions of the company. While you'll be expected to have a keen attention to detail in month-end reporting and ad-hoc modeling, you'll also be challenged to think creatively to improve processes and handle big picture projects. Additionally, you'll receive structured training and guided mentorship from appointed teammates.
What You'll Be Doing:
Analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results and business drivers; preparation of critical financial reporting
Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Enablement of internal decision-making and investment prioritization via financial models and analytics
Responsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of month-end close journal entries, and review of account trending
Contribution to ad hoc projects and specialized team functions
What You'll Bring:
Actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field of study. Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a complex, team-oriented environment
Detail and results oriented
Analytical skills with ability to contribute to accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting
Robust technical proficiencies (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), finance and accounting knowledge, and business acumen
Capable of handling several projects/tasks at once
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Technical and financial knowledge including, internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $52,000 to $54,080 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
