Your Role at Baxter
As a Patient Monitoring and Diagnostics Account Executive at Baxter Healthcare selling our full Welch Allyn product line portfolio (now part of Baxter), you will apply your track record of successful sales and profitable growth to increase new sales within the territory. You will also be preparing and continually refining a sales plan and forecast for specific target market opportunities and coordinating with technical and applications support resources when needed, to facilitate sales, or sell repair contracts where appropriate.
Working in your territory you will look to develop and grow the sales of legacy Welch Allyn capital equipment and connected solutions along with other core product categories throughout this territory. With an expert knowledge of your customer's business and value drivers, you are able to educate customers on product solution differentiators to enable customer success!

What you'll be doing
* Call on current and prospective acute care customers (hospitals and IDN's) in your assigned territory.
* Partner with clinical consultants, sales engineers, solutions architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to offer customers comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
* Sell the complete line of Welch Allyn products and systems, with call points in but not limited to, C-suite, nursing, administration, cardiology, radiology, respiratory care, medical/surgical floors, emergency departments, clinical informatics, IT, Biomed and materials management.
* Responsible for full sales cycle execution, including opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, qualification of large, sophisticated sales, preparation for customer presentations, professional follow-up, and goal attainment.
* Develop customer driven solutions using both stand-alone and EMR connected systems that improve hospital efficiency, patient safety and outcomes, and enable connectivity to access information.
* Using data to identify key opportunities, ultimately requiring keen analytical proficiencies.
* Understand and implement consultative selling, uncovering unmet needs and fostering a solution driven environment.
* Use marketing communications to create optimal promotional, advertising and trade show activity to improve company and product visibility.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device experience preferred).
* Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential for success.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $70,400 - $96,800 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
Job Summary
The Dock Coordinator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate management of inbound dock operations. This role oversees trailer unloading, receiving activities, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training compliance while serving as a key point of coordination between transportation and warehouse teams. The Dock Coordinator ensures freight is processed accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive dock environment.
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse or dock operations required; coordination or lead experience preferred.
PIT experience and knowledge of safety regulations strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Enforce dock safety standards, including proper equipment use and adherence to company and OSHA guidelines.
Communicate with transportation providers and internal teams to address scheduling issues, delays, or discrepancies.
Maintain dock organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness to support daily operations.
Identify and escalate freight, equipment, or safety issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with audits, safety inspections, and operational reporting as needed.

The Opportunity
The position of Senior Supply Chain Analyst is part of our Toxicology Workplace Services business located in our Kansas City, MO, Richmond, VA or Lake Forest IL office. This role is responsible for planning and managing inventory levels of finished goods that currently flow through our Workplace Services business. The Supply Chain Specialist will report up through our Network & Supply Chain Operations function. This role will work closely with Commercial, Vendors, Manufacturing and Procurement across multiple sites and ERPs.
What You'll Work On
Liaise with Commercial colleagues to understand demand requirements and the impact of events that will influence future demand
Determine proper inventory levels to be maintained for each SKU based upon appropriate planning factors (e.g. lead time, shelf life, variability in demand and supply)
Analyze inventory position and demand to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained
Create and process purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, following documented procurement processes
Monitor and report supplier performance
Communicate purchase order status with Management and Stakeholders while managing orders through completion, and execute closures once fulfilled
Interact with suppliers and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing good business relationships between Abbott and suppliers, communicating component specifications to suppliers
Update vendor performance data and support the development of supplier scorecards and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Required Qualifications

Patient Access Liaison
What you will do
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers as well as office and site of care staff, including physicians, nurses, office managers and executives. Strong knowledge and demonstrated history of access and reimbursement for buy and bill/infused pharmaceutical products is required. The PAL works in highly visible, strong team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. The PAL will work with the patient, the physician and the Site of Care to educate on next steps required to gain access to therapy. The PAL will also work to maintain relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians and their staff and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy. The PAL will work with numerous internal teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing, and Site of Care to facilitate and improve patient access to insurance, medications, financial support, resources and more.
Responsibilities
Secure written or electronic patient HIPAA for patients in the assigned geography
Develop relationships with patients and caregivers by engaging via phone, text, email, virtual or in person connections
Assess individual needs of the patient and develop an appropriate education and resource plan of action, considering the patient's family and team of healthcare providers to empower the patient to become their own advocate
Educate the patient on Krystexxa coverage based on their benefits and the steps needed to gain prior authorization to ensure understanding of the process for medication access
Provide information on co-pay assistance programs, national foundations, and free drug programs by sharing information to patients as appropriate and needed
Provide proactive education to prescribers and sites of care upon patient enrollment on coverage for Amgen rare disease therapies, common prior authorization requirements, and coding and billings requirements

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
The Medical Review Officer will be part of an elite group of personnel providing support to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Workplace Solutions clients. This support includes, but is not limited to:
Provide subject matter expertise in executing MRO Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
Work closely with MRO staff and MROA support to uphold and preserve the integrity of the medical review process. Participate in process improvement discussions, in partnership with Workplace Operations Leadership.
Interpret and report results of drug testing for Department of Transportation (DOT), federal, and non-DOT clients consistent with Federal and DOT statutes and regulations and/or Workplace Solutions written Standard Operating Procedures.
Review documentation for possible errors, interview donors who have non-negative results over the phone and determine if a legitimate medical explanation exists to explain a non-negative lab report.
Review and sign-off on administrative documents that require MRO review, such as memorandums to correct errors, prescription faxes, and medical records.
Exercise physician experience, MRO expertise and clinical judgment in decision making regarding final drug test results.
Highly accountable for upholding DOT regulated standards across all drug test result reviews. Final drug test results, as released by the MRO, determine employment status and safety considerations/requirements across Workplace customers.
Provide feedback to laboratory and collection site representatives regarding performance problems, as needed.
Provide feedback to clients and tested persons on problem cases, in a client-facing capacity as a representative of Abbott's MRO leadership team.
Consult with federal agency representatives on issues. Provide information to federal agency representatives on reviewed cases.
Maintain required MRO records and ensure audit readiness.
Keep up to date on changes in applicable Federal and DOT laws, regulations and state laws.

The Opportunity
This is an in-office role based in Kansas City, MO, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The position of Clinical Review Nurse is within our Toxicology division located at our Kansas City, MO site within Workplace Solutions. In this role, the Clinical Review Nurse is responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Workplace Solutions drug testing review process. This role communicates directly with donors to determine if there are factors that would explain drug test results that were confirmed to be positive or invalid. Additionally, review physicals and self-reported medications for client employers. Evaluate medical documentation to determine if employees/drivers meet the job requirements and/or DOT regulations/guidelines. Consult with Consulting Physicians as needed. Receive phone/email inquiries regarding pending physicals, self-reported medications, and medical cases. Follow-up with medical providers, clinics, and employees/drivers to obtain corrections and additional documentation/records.
What You'll Work On
The Clinical Review Specialist will be part of an elite group of personnel providing support to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, Workplace Solutions clients. This support includes, but is not limited to:
Provide subject matter expertise in executing Drug Testing Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
Work closely with drug & alcohol testing staff and support to uphold and preserve the integrity of the clinical review process. Participate in process improvement discussions, in partnership with Workplace Operations Leadership.
Interpret and report results of Workplace clients consistent with Workplace Solutions written Standard Operating Procedures.
Review documentation for possible errors, speak with donors over the phone, and determine if a legitimate medical explanation exists to explain a non-negative lab report.
Provide feedback to laboratory and collection site representatives regarding performance problems, as needed.
Provide feedback to clients and tested persons on problem cases.
Participate in the development of annual Medical Services and Drug & Alcohol Testing Services Department goals and objectives.
Ensure adherence to applicable Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Quality policies & procedures.
Review physical exam documentation for completeness and accuracy, following established Occupational Health Services processes.
Follow-up with medical providers, clinics, employers, and employee/drivers to obtain necessary corrections and/or additional medical documentation.
Review medical documentation to determine if employees on medical leave meet DOT regulations and recommendations for return to work as DOT drivers.
Review DOT driver self-reported medications to determine if a safety-sensitive letter is needed.
Identify changes in medical status associated with reported medications.
Review donor-submitted records (laboratory and ancillary testing results, vaccine/TB testing records, OSHA respirator questionnaires) to determine if donor meets identified client requirements.
Provide updates to employer regarding status of medical cases in review.
Other duties as assigned.

3-5 years' minimum experience in Occupational health settings, hospital, and outpatient nursing
