Position Summary:The Therapeutic Excellence Learning Designer creates learning solutions aligned to their Therapeutic Area (TA) of focus that builds workforce capability, accelerates talent, improves performance and/or mitigates risk through relevant continuous product and disease learning experiences for learners across the Enterprise..
