Your role
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a significant role on the team, providing dedicated support to the executive as well as one or two additional leaders and providing support for function as a whole. Exposure to senior levels of the organization, partnering with other Executive Assistants and Senior Executive Assistants, and external team members will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

What you'll bring
* High school diploma required.
* Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. (2 or more years Baxter experience preferred).
* Advanced knowledge of computers/systems including, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of documentation management a plus.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Internet/Intranet applications and research.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate with internal and external high-level executives.
* Previous experience with travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting planning, and calendar management.
* Experience working with Global teams and/or Technical group support highly desired.
* Ability to multi-task, independently manage time and be detail oriented is a must.

The RFP Technical Response Specialist is a technical professional position within the Enterprise Technical & Innovation division. This position will be the technical and security lead responding to RFPs and Security Questionnaires across Baxter's product portfolio. It is essential to have a high level of familiarity and confidence with the IT environments in the acute care setting where our solutions will operate. Must be able to engage with internal and external customers to represent the technical aspects of our solutions. What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage a formal field intake process to support pan Baxter Request for Pricing (RFPs).
Oversees the development of proposals and/or other documents describing Baxter products and services in response to requests from prospective clients and/or current clients when up for renewal
Analyzes and understand the requirements of Request for Pricing (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Security Questionnaires and plan and craft responses that adequately meet and address these requirements
Writes and edits proposal for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone describing company capabilities, management approach, and/or past performance
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and corporate personnel, developing and writing technical and management content for responses that are compliant with the proposal requests
Collaborates with other departments including Marketing, Sales, Legal, Technology, and other experts to produce high-quality, accurate responses + Maintains RFP database that includes the FAQ / Technical / Legal / Security Product answers
Analyzes data to ensure the relevancy of past performance materials to current requirements
Coordinate all information in the format requested in RFP and according to Company standards
Edits and proofreads proposals and other related materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, readability, and consistency with company guidelines and standards
Collaborates with Corporate Leadership to develop proposal strategy, identify potential areas of improvement, solutions, and themes that support a winning strategy
Responsible for end-to-end project management. Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
Maintain files of all RFPs and completed proposals and presentations
Contribute new and updated content from completed proposals to a content library
Assist in special projects requested by Enterprise Technology & Innovation organization team.

Responsibilities
* Oversees daily inbound processing operations including receiving, put away, and returns. Ensures operations are in compliance to the business unit's standard operating procedures and implements operational changes cascaded from the Site Director.
* Directs people management processes for the warehouse, including staffing, training and development, and talent management for 30-70 staff. Recognizing the employees' diverse skillsets and levels of experience, provides motivational leadership and champions a culture of high performance, learning, and safety.
* Responds to disruptions in inbound processing and ensures that customer commitments are fulfilled. Communicates with Sales and Customer Service teams within the business unit to understand customer concerns and makes adjustments to operations and people resources in response.
* Manages all safety trainings and procedures for warehouse operations, ensuring that operations are in compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Applies knowledge of warehouse safety to continuously and proactively mitigate risks.

As a Supply Handler you will be in charge of a Finishing room. In this role you will perform downstream activities that are required to successfully complete production. This involves initiation of paperwork not generated by the documentation center, verification of components per the appropriate Bill of Materials, set-up, challenge and verification of label dispensers, verification of weighing and measuring devices for current calibration status, and set-up and verification of batch board and seal integrity stations. Some areas require the assembly of equipment including the operation of blending, grinding, and some molding.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintain the Hour-by-Hour boards by documenting production targets and actuals and providing detailed reasons for any gaps, as well as keeping shift total production numbers and PVP trends
Maintain downtime entries in Baxterity and open requests for maintenance as needed
Supervise product exposure times and document process flow as required
Periodically performs all Operator I/Operator II functions
Set-up/Tear down room and keep production area supplies up to date
Perform all line clearances
Replace labels on dispensers, take appropriate samples and verify as well as troubleshoot any label dispenser problems
Trouble shoot problems in the finishing area, and decide how to correct or who to contact
Facility cleaning, as required based on daily schedule
Move production cart into 5o C and freezer areas in the required times required by product specification
Other duties as assigned by manager

Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Equipment in assigned area of o
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and systems, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools
Perform equipment changeover activities and driving equipment efficiencies (Up-Time OEE) during production runs.

Strict adherence to environmental health and safety (EHS) and manufacturing SOP, policies, and procedures to ensure safe and quality products are always produced.

Your role at Baxter
Apply human factors engineering principles to compose, develop, and evaluate medical products while working with cross-functional project teams. Your role at Baxter
The Position encompasses the biological, chemical and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products (biologics and drugs) through all stages of the manufacturing process from incoming raw materials to finished goods, and environmental monitoring programs.

What you'll be doing
Conduct critical chemical and physical analyses on Raw Materials, Initial, In-process and Final products, and samples collected from environmental monitoring programs at Baxter manufacturing facilities. Work under minimum supervision.

Document the completion of testing in Notebooks, Controlled documents, Forms and LIMS and maintain accurate and complete quality records.
Follow, understand and comply with Baxter SOP's and policies on cGMP's and safety. Maintain a clean, safe and organized lab area, and potentially assume responsibility to ensure that others maintain their lab areas.
Investigate deviations and write exception/OOL/OOS/OOT documents.
Support improvement projects and drive efficiency through utilization of LEAN management principles (i/e/ 6S, Kaizens etc).

Conducts performance evaluations and provides one-on-one feedback to encourage Associates' development. Identifies Associates capable of working as Group Leads. Creates performance improvement plans for staff and administers discipline when necessary.

Responsibilities
